SYNOPSIS:
A canoe washes up on a shore of a Northern Ontario river, containing the body of a prominent American scientist. A detective from a small Northern Ontario town’s police station is tasked with the investigation. Together with local forensics expert and his ex-spouse as the boat captain, they sail “upriver” to follow the trail, and come across the remote obscure property where the scientist conducted his research.
They discover a portal that apparently is the result of the scientist’s research – a portal with an ability to change people, objects and places, and bug-like aliens spill out of the portal to creature havoc.
Our heroes must save the day!
